Yes, registration is required. Registering will allow you to track your account information. Simply register on our website by clicking below. Registration is free. You are welcome to use the product images and product descriptions from our website. Please don't link to our website by copying pictures from our site to yours. Instead, right click on the product picture and save it to your computer, then upload it to your site or auction.

How do I receive a catalog?
You can purchase our Wholesale catalog by using the Catalog Request Button. Our catalogs are updated twice a year....January and July. Global Merchant Wholesale catalogs do not have our name on them and can be used as your catalog with your name placed on them.

What is DropShipping?
Drop Shipping is the process by which you have us ship orders directly to your customers without revealing that the order was shipped by our site. This is a great way for you to increase profit margins as it saves you on the initial shipping charges you would incur if you had to have the order shipped to you first for you to send to your customer. It also allows you to start your own business without the need or expense of stocking your own inventory.

Is there an extra charge for DropShipping?
No. We do not charge you extra to Drop Ship directly to your Customers.

Do the products have to be purchased in advance if I intend to use them for an online auction?
No. You need not keep an inventory. We ship directly to your customer at no additional charge.

Can you guarantee that my customer will not contact you directly?
Our company name does not appear on anything your customer receives from us.

What payment method do you accept?
We accept: PAYPAL, cashiers checks, personal checks and money orders.

How much is your shipping?
Our flat shipping fee of just $10 for shipping on orders under $50 Orders above $50 to $300 only $20. All orders over $300 qualify for free shipping.

Do you offer International Shipping?
No, we only ship within the US.

We ship all our orders by UPS ground delivery.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?
All orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days. UPS ground normally takes from 7 to 10 business days. See Shipping for details.

What is your cancellation policy?
If you must cancel an order, it has to be done within 24 hours of placing the order. We will refund your money minus the original and return shipping costs, plus a restocking fee of 10%. We require that all packages be returned to Global Merchant Wholesale, unopened, and in good condition.

What if I ordered something that is out of stock?
You will receive e-mail notifying you of the item being out-of-stock,and the estimated arrival date if available. We will refund the charge for the item backordered or we will issue a store credit toward your next order. We do not back-order any items.

Can I order without a credit card
Add your items to your shopping cart and select "Check" as method of payment. Send us a checkwith a copy of your order which will be emailed to you. We accept personal checks, money orders, or cashiers checks. If you pay by personal check it will be held until it clears the bank about 5 days, then we will ship the order. Money orders and cashiers check orders should be shipped within 24-48 hours of payment.

No. You can order as little or as much as you want.

What happens if my order arrives damaged?
If an item comes in damaged, notify us within 3 days so we can have another product sent out, or we can credit you for the defective item. You must send the defective back for an exchange prior to our shipping the replacement. Please e-mail us to let us know the problem before shipping a product back. All orders must be accompanied by the original Invoice and original packaging material.
